Answer:
1. When is the best time to travel to Vietnam?
It is depending on what part in Vietnam you are going to travel to as weather is different in other part. South of Vietnam got 2 main seasons, dry & raining - raining season start from June to September but at the same time north of Vietnam having summer and fall with good condition of weather. Please contact us for details following your specific travel time and route.
2. Is it safe to travel to Vietnam?
It is very safe to travel in Vietnam. Vietnam still one of the safest country in the world with very low of crime.
3. I am single female traveler, what should I be aware?
Generally, single travelers having very safe environmental in Vietnam. At the time of writting, we have not heard any reports on harassment problem or anything like that in Vietnam.
4. What about bird-flu current status in Vietnam right now?
Vietnam was reported by WHO as one of the best country on bird-flu deference. At the moment ( June 2007 ), Vietnam found some cases in several provinces in Mekong delta but not found any cases affected to human.
5. Do I need visa for Vietnam?
Most of travelers need visa to get in Vietnam except some of the Asian countries as well as some north-europe nations. Please contact us for details and current updates.
6. How about shopping in Vietnam?

8. Does Vietnam accept credit cards?
Credit cards accept in most part of Vietnam, more widen in large cities like Hanoi, Saigon, Da Nang, Nha Trang...most of restaurants, coffee shops, travel agencies accept Visa, master cards, dinner club. Extra fees will be applied in most places. You also can cash by many ATMs in big cities mentioned above.
9. What is Vietnamese currency?
Vietnamese DONG ( VND ), current exchange to US dollar now is : 1 USD = 20.000 VND.
10. What most basic Vietnamese culture rules should I have to note?

1. How come your rates are so lower than hotel rack rates & other website?
We are local tour operator who has been building a good relationship with hoteliers nation-wide, with a great number of bookings yearly, we are at good position to have a good deals from hotels and we pass them to our customers. Thats reason why our price is always the best.
2. How do I book my hotels listed in your website?
Once you have selected your desire hotels in our website, please let us know by click on 'book this hotel' button then submit your information to us. Or you can email us, chat live with our sales or give us a call directly. We will process your booking upon reviving your request. See more on our booking guide
3. What should I do after submit my hotel requests on your website?
Maximum 10 hours ( normally much less than 10 hours ), you will receive our email to advise on hotel's availability, on that email, we will also advise you on payment mode or alternative hotels if your chosen hotels are fully booked. If you don't hear from us in time, it is very much like we are not receiving your request, please kindly let us know at once. See more on our booking guide

6. What solutions for my late bookings?
Late booking are very common, we recommend you phone us or chat live with us instead of email to make your booking faster. Fast payment mode like credit cards online or Paypal maybe a good solution for late booking. If you are in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city, we can come to collect cash from your place.
7. How much time in advance should I need to make my hotel bookings with Videtour ?
We highly recommend you make your booking as soon as possible because demanding from Vietnam hotels are very high especially on high season. Make bookings early helps you on having better price & also quality of your accommodation.
8. I have some children traveling with me, how do you arrange bedings for us?
It is depending on each hotel's policy. But mostly, children under 12 years old is free of charge and sharing existing beds with parents ( breakfast not included ). More than 12 year old will be stated as an adult. Please contact our sales for further details of specific hotels.
9. Does your price including breakfast & taxes? what else we have to pay extra?
Most of hotel's price included breakfast & all taxes otherwise stated at the time of booking. We always stated clearly what you must pay from the beginning. There are absolutely no hidden fees after your booking.
10. How do I cancel my bookings? & any cancellation fees?
Cancellation must be sent to our offices by email, fax. Please see our term & conditions for cancellation fees.
11. How do I check in?
After your booking completed, you are always given a accommodation voucher or service voucher by our sales. Please print this voucher out and show to hotel receptionist ( optional ). Or just simply tell them your full name which was given to us at the time of booking.
12. What check in & check out time?
It is also depending on hotel's policy. However, check in time is normally set at 2 in the afternoon & check out time is 12 in the morning. Please contact our sales for further details on specific hotels.
13. I am arrive on very late at night, should I mention this to Videtour or directly to hotel?
It is basicly no need to mentioned to anyone as your rooms are already booked, however, if you have chance to do it, you can contact us for your information or requests.
14. Why I have to show my passport to hotel's receptionist? is it safe & common in Vietnam?
This is common case in Vietnam, hotels must take passport of visitors to make declaration to police at the first night. However, some 4, 5 star hotels just need it for a while and return it to you right away.
15. What happen if my given room is different from the room category I have booked through Videtour ?
Please contact us immediately, we will contact to hotels and arrange the right category for you right away.
16. What happen if my booking is not shown on hotel's check in system?
Please make sure that your name is match to the name you gave us at the time of booking. Also check with hotel that you have booked through Videtour. That will clear the confusion of your friend booked hotels and giving his/her name to us so hotel not recognized you on their system. Otherwise, please contact us on hotline for assistance.
17. Should I ask for refund if my booking is not shown?
We will issue fully refund if you don't get room you have booked with us. Please represent your service voucher to our staff to get your refund.
18. What happen if my belongings disparaged from my room?
Contact hotel's management immediately, if needed, police must be involved. Please contact us when you can, we will try all the best to sort things out for you. However, we are not responsible for any issues at your hotels.
19. Can I change the current room if I am not happy with it?
You can ask hotel's management or contact us for changing your room with a fair reason to do so.
20. How can I prelong my stay at my current hotel?
There are 2 ways to do that, you can contact your hotel directly to check rates and availability, however, rates may not be the same to our discounted rates. Please contact us to get our best deals on your extension stay.
21. Can I use my membership cards for more hotel's discount?
No, our price is fixed on hotel's rates, however, you maybe can use your membership cards on room upgrade, hotels facility or other hotel's service discount.

There is always choice of single supplement offer at extra charge for anyone who want to get single room. If no requests given, we will arrange 3 room for 5 people. Please see details on our proposal program at the time of booking.
9. Does my tour include visa & international airfare?
No, otherwise stated. Visa normally not included on tour price, however, we can arrange visa for you at your own expense.
10. How do I booking your tours?

11. How do I pay for my tours?
You can use your credit cards in both ways of online or offline option, Paypal is also available, bank transfer...Please note that bank fees will be on customer's side. See more details at our booking guide.
12. Can I change or modify my tours in last munite?
Yes, you can, we are fully flexible for your changes on last minute, please contact our sales as soon as you can for further assistance.

Answer:
1. It shown up the different cruise to the one I have booked, what'd happened?
It could happen rarely as number of reasons from cruise operator. We will always inform you far in advance and if we have to change the cruise, that must be a 'upgrade' to better one. Not a 'surprise' to our customers. You will have control on that change totally even the cancellation without any charges.
2. Why others on the same cruise paid and get the different services and prices to us?
Cruise operator has varied services on cruise, someone may not joined all additional services (like kayaking, special meals for Veteran...) and someone does. Prices can be different too depending on contract between cruise operator and travel agencies (like us). We confidently guarantee the lower price or the same with all agencies to the same cruise and services.
3. We are traveling with group of 3, how do you arrange bedding for us?
Apart from charter, one of you will share room or cabin with someone else as prices are quoted as twin shared basic. A small additional single charge is optioned if you want to take single room or cabin. Triple cabin (for 3 adults) is rarely existed in our cruise list.
4. What should I bring to cruise?
It depends on how length of your cruise is really and your personal needs. We recommend you bring light belongings, some cash for drink and passport. Again, please contact our sales for specific advices.
5. There are number of choices for cruise, that made me confused which one to take?
Right! There are different ranges of cruise, different in styles, prices. If you don't know which one is suitable for yourself, we highly recommend you contact our sales for best recommendation for your trip. Sometimes, expensive cruises may not yet be the best for you and so on.
6. What about the safety conditions of your recommended cruises?
We always put the safety of customers at first. All our cruises are carefully selected to meet international safety standard conditions. Cruise must have safety conditions certificate that issued by local authority and all safety equipments as well as trained staffs. Please contact our sales for specific question you may have.

Answer:
1. What is Visa On Arrival (VOA) and it is legit?
Visa On Arrival (VOA) is a pre - arrangement visa over the internet, all those documents allow you have a right to pick up your visa in 3 points in Vietnam (Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City airport). This is the quickest way to obtain your visa to Vietnam. Or otherwise, you need to arrange your visa before entering Vietnam at Vietnam Embassy in your country.
Visa On Arrival is totally legitimate, it is exactly the same value as visa abstained at Embassy. But Visa On Arrival is surely faster and cheaper.
2. Do I need visa to Vietnam?
Most of travelers need a visa to Vietnam. Please check our list of country and region no need visa to Vietnam in certain of times.
3. How Visa On Arrival Works?
Process your Vietnam visa on arrival is very simple, it just takes you a couple of minutes, we take care the rest. Once you submit and pay your service, we will send your information you provided to Vietnam Immigration Office. Within 24 hours, Vietnam Immigration Office will issue a document called: Approval Letter. We will forward that Approval Letter to you via Email or Fax. You print it out and get your visa stamp at the airport that you first landed.
Please note that: You will NOT able to get your visa at Vietnam airport WITHOUT Approval Letter we mentioned above. Or you have to contact your Vietnam Embassy at your country in advance to get your visa.
4. What will I need to prepare at the airport?
After having our Approval Letter by fax or email. You need to prepare few things to present at the airport as below:
1, Passport (make sure it valids in more than 6 months)
2, A print copy of Approval Letter you had from us (One each)
3, 02 passport photos each sized 4cmx6cm (Photo service is available at airport)
4, Stamp fees of 25 USD per visa for Single Entry Visa or 50 USD for Mutiple Entry Visa (You had better to prepare exactly amount notes)
5. When should I apply a visa & what type of visa should I choose?
As our guaranteed processing time in 48 hours only so you are totally controlling your apply time by yourself. However, we recommend you to apply in advance one or two weeks before your arrival day to avoid any unexpected administrative problems.
We offer different types of Vietnam visa, valid from 1 to 6 months, one entry or multiple entry. Which one to take will depend much on your specific travel plan. If you travel just within Vietnam and less than 30 days, no exit and re - enter, The One Entry for One Month Visa will be good enough. If you travel to other countries nearby or so and come back Vietnam, the Multiple Entry is a must. We recommend you a 3 months Visa with Multiple entry which is better in timing if you wish to change your plan sometimes on the trip. And the costing of this visa type is not far expensive than the other by the way.
6. Should I choose the date of visa match to the date of my arrival?
No, you don't have to. Your visa is valid on the gap of time you chosen. You can totally get in & out on that period of time. But not before or after that period of time. For Example: Your chosen date for your one month visa is 06 March 2012, your visa will be expired on 06 April 2012. You can only get in on or after anytime of 06 March 2012 and exit on or before anytime of 06 April 2012.
Please also note that, your visa validity is running on the time that written on Approval Letter. It is Not related to your arrival day at all.

1. What is your transfer instruction?
Once upon your arrival, our driver will hold a sign board with your name in front of your exit terminal. The same instruction at your hotel. Our driver is always presented at pick up point at least 15 minutes before your arrival time or departure time.
2. What if driver will not shown up?
We always arrange plenty of time in advance for traffic and delays. However, if you can not find our driver or tour guide within 15 minutes, please call us immediately by given hotline and person in charge on your booking. It is rarely happened and we will issue 100% refund to your transfers.
3. What should I do if my flight get delayed?
It happens lots. Please do let us know by phone or email as soon as you can. That will help us to re - plan your transfer and avoid unnecessary costing. A little additional charge may involved if our waiting time exceeds 3 hours.
4. What is your capacity of your transport?
We use modern and new transportation only. To maximize your comfortable ride, we recommend the capacity as below:
4 seater car: Allowed for max of 3 people
7 seater Suv: Allowed for max of 4 people
16 seater Van: Allowed for max of 8 people
29 seater coach: Allowed for max of 18 people
45 seater coach: Allowed for max of 30 people
The capacity above applied for passenger travel with 1 big bag or suitcase and a handbag. If you travel heavy, we recommend you book a bigger transport following our capacity recommended above.
